Mans body was
found two days later in a different part of the area.

Jan Search, at Dronsfield
for missing 70 yr old woman, found before arriving.
15th
Jan Snatch, Deepcar Golf Course,
13yr old
male fallen down quarry sustaining kneck and head
injuries.

Search, Langsett area, a young
couple lost after passing Outer edge earlier in day.
Located
safe and well near the top of Abby Brook.

Jan Search, Blacks area for two men missing
on walk from Glossop,

near the top of the Alport , safe and well.

Feb Two incidents dealt with on
Mickleden fell race. One ankle and one head injury.

Dog call to a search on Kinder for
a group of three youths walking across Kinder,
located in Edale
safe and well.

to search for missing lone male walker on North side

Police.

Feb Call to assist Humberside
Police in search for missing woman in Hull area,
believed
to have been killed.

Put on standby by West Yorkshire
Ambulance due to adverse conditions.
22ndFeb
Put on stand by for first
light, next day, for lone walker missing on PennineWay between
Edale and Crowden in adverse conditions, located at
John Track Well on Bleaklow, where
he had camped for the night after being delayed by
bad weather on the walk from Edale.
27thFeb
Call to assist Glossop with
an incident at Laddow where a man had slipped on
iceand fallenover a 150 ft face at Laddow Rocks,
landing on a ledge 30ft down. He suffered
face, head and back injuries and was
flown by RAF to Huddersfield Infirmary.

Team member dealt with serious
RTA on way home from meeting.

Assist runner on fell Race
at Langsett with ankle injury.
15thMay
A female walker fell and lacerated
knee with part of knee cap coming through gap in skin.
Slipped on track at Ramsdem near Holmbridge.
18thJuly
A 48 yr old male fell from
path and rolled 30metres down rocky, tree covered
banking,
stopping 4 metres from drop into river. Evacuated
back up banking and flown to Hospital
by RAF helicopter. Team called out 01-40.
04thSept
Whilst covering charity horse
ride were asked to investigate sighting of strange
object on
Heyden moor. Found to be a very large silvered
helium balloon.
19th
Sept Missing male walker on
Pennine Way, dog unit called, found Alport Valley.
25th
Sept Female on First Aid course collapsed
with breathing problems, evacuated to Huddersfield
Royal Infirmary.
08th
Oct Three competitors on Grin &
Bear it walk treated for minor foot injuries.
10th
Oct Search dog assisted Edale Team
to search for a 9 year old boy missing from home in
the
Sheffield
area.
05th
Nov Search at Dovestones res area, near Greenfield,
after 4 reports of people shouting for help,
along
with Oldham, Holme Valley and SARDA dogs the area
was searched but nothing
was found.
27th
Nov 60 yr old male walker, suffering severe
asthma attack, airlifted from Howden Moor.
28th
Nov Male driver collapsed with heart attack, on remote
road near team HQ, called to assist by
team member at
scene, 20 mins CPR carried out, driver was dead on
arrival at hospital
30th
Nov Search of woodland and reservoir area's around
Bolsterstone after woman went missing
from home. Body
located in reservoir.
04th
Dec 2 runners treated for lower leg problems and 1
runner found after going missing on annual
Tanky's Trog fell race
